Ten years ago I married this man. He has been the best gift in my life. He is one of the most considerate people I know, always one step ahead of me.
He actually wants to serve me, comfort me, encourage me, and challenge me.
God knew exactly what kind of man I needed to soften some of my rough edges.
I wish I had a digital picture from then, we looked fresh faced and energetic...
For our anniversary, he took me to the Lakeway Resort, 20 min. from our house. We went to a great dinner and then the next day enjoyed the quiet, books, he ran, I got a facial. Then he suprised me with a sunset sailboat ride. We left right out of the Lakeway Marina with a "captain" who taught us how to sail (I wasn't really paying attention to him, I had wine and cheese).
